Most horror films are either a 15 or an 18 due to their bloody violence and horror. Although this is the legal age to watch horror movies, teenagers of most ages tend to watch them due to the thrill they get. This is the general age of people who watch this sort of movie. This could be because of the fact that they have grown up around blood and gore in aspects such as videogames where as adults aren’t as used to this sort of scenery because it wasn’t as popular in their days of growing up.
